Custom commands

You can easily create your own custom commands to include code from within library files stored on disk. First create a library file using a specific name, then use this name within your program to include your code.

Creating a library file

The following example shows you how to define a new custom command.

1. First highlight a section of code within the editor.

2. Click on Save Selected > As Library File from the File menu.

3. Enter a file name within the Save Selected dialog and click on the Ok button.

4. You can now use this name within your program to include code from your library file.

Library directory

When saving library files - all files are saved in the Camillo editor's Library directory.

Also see the Library manager section within this help file.
